ENG: Consulate services moved to a new location in Rhode Island (Go to the middle for English)
O Consulado Geral de Cabo Verde em Boston pede a compreensão dos cidadãos Cabo-verdianos em Rhode Island, pelo facto de ser obrigado a mudar temporáriamente.
Com efeito a partir de sábado, dia 2 de Março do corrente ano de 2013, a localização dos Serviços Consulares que vêm sendo prestados na sede da CACD em Pawtucket, para o Woodland Community Center, localizado em 210 West Ave, Pawtucket. Tal decisão deve-se à falta de condições no presente espaço, nomeadamente falta de aquecimento e infiltração de água.
Os serviços em Pawtucket continuam sem interrupção, com o mesmo horário de funcionamento, isto é, às quartas feiras, das nove da manhã às quatro horas da tarde e aos sábados, das dez da manhã às duas da tarde.
Entretanto, convidamos os interessados a visitarem o nosso website, www.conscvboston.org, para solicitação de serviços por correio, ou horarios e endereços dos serviços centrais e outros satélites.

Consulate services moved to a new location in Rhode Island
The Consulate General of Cape Verde in Boston, is announcing that it has been forced to temporary change the location of its satellite office in Rhode Island, starting Saturday, March 2nd., 2013, from CACD in Pawtucket , to Woodland Community Center, located at 210 West Ave, also in Pawtucket, due to poor conditions at the office space currently in use, including lack of heath and water leaks.
The services will continue to be provided without disruption at same days and hours, Wednesdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm
In the meantime we invite all those interested in our services to visit our Website, www.conscvboston.org, to request the services by mail or to retrieve information about hours of operation and addresses for our central office and other satellite offices.

The former chief of the navy in Guinea-Bissau has been arrested and is being transferred to the US, local media have reported.
